Purchased a car in September and because of the distance I discussed my p/x and their car by phone and email with Emma. We came to a price to exchange which was acceptable by both parties and I travelled to their site. Was greeted with Emma and the car I was viewing was as described, we took it for a test drive and we completed the deal. There were a few small delays with log book as car was on a private plate, but Emma is a true professional and everything was sorted to my satisfaction. Very professional service by the whole team at Parkside and we will definately go back again. Well done Parkside.

We purchased a Jaguar XK from Parkside Motors and dealt with Gokhan. They agreed that they would get some minor issues fixed before we collected the car a couple of weeks later and they set about the work. When we collected the car we noticed that some of the issues hadn't been fixed so we called them back and they immediately arranged another date to bring the car back, however, they actually collected the car from our home (55 miles away) and then returned it back again when done. To cut a long story short, they eventually completed everything that they said that they would and even repainted one of the doors that had a small dent that was nothing to do with them, it had happened when someone opened their car door against ours in a car park. They were very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were happy with our purchase. The purchase price was good and the customer service very good. Highly recommend them.

The experience was good they were attentive to my queries. At first I was disappointed because I discovered the horn was not working. But compensated me for the expense of replacing the horn. I would have brought the car to them to do the replacement but It was not possible or legal to drive the car without a horn so had the horn replaced locally. I found the staff pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would recommend the dealership to anyone who are wanting to purchase a car in good condition.

Bought an AUDI Q5 from Parkside Motors. The staff was excellent and very helpful. As soon as they were made aware by Audi of a safety recall which should be fixed, they have offered me various options including exchange and refund. Some dealers would've made this experience extremely difficult and horrendous but the owner was extremely cooperative and understanding. Unfortunately other replacement options were over my budget and I received a refund within minutes of them collecting my car which they did at no extra charge. I will confidently recommend this car dealership and definitely consider them for any future purchase. As with any business or human beings great results are achieved through mutual respect and honesty and I really command these guys' patience and professionalism and cannot fault them in any way shape or form. the car was exactly as described except this fault which was only brought to their attention afterwards.

I had to travel over 100 miles to view car. I gave a refundable deposit to secure vehicle until i seen it. On the day sales girl had the car ready. She wasnt pushy. A couple of issues were dealt with. She processed paperwork and did online DVLA registration and car tax so i was able to drive away. Car was as described. Very pleased.

Just purchased a Mercedes C Class, Yousef the salesman was friendly approachable and relaxed. He immediately offered a test drive and the car drove beautifully. On return from the test drive while li was left to look around the car I commented it was a bit dirty/dusty from the recent rain showers.......Yousef said of course re weather and called over their onsite valeting team who immediately took the car under cover and cleaned it. I was happy with the part ex price and purchased the case there and then, and following competition of paperwork where Yousef dealt with my private plate online for me, the car was ready to drive away, no waiting and travelling back down from Birmingham another day. Emma was a star with her superb customer service skills and helpfulness both on the phone prior to purchase and onsite face to face and subsequently where a missing indicator lense was required and she quickly sourced and supplied free of charge. Highly recommended friendly efficient team.

As I arrived I happened to see the car I came to view being washed in their wash bay in time for my viewing. The customer service was excellent as they were very helpful and explained everything in full detail. They made me feel that there was no such thing as a stupid question and they were very happy to share as much knowledge as physically possible about the car I came to see. I didn't feel that they were pushing me to buy, they let me have my time in and around the car without interruptions and it is safe to say that in the end, I bought the car and I was very pleased with my purchase. Very pleasant experience. From the moment the initial enquiry was made via telephone the whole process was so relaxed. No pressure to have their finance etc. In fact the lovely Emma was quite the opposite. I travelled from Cheshire on a Sunday morning to view the car I purchased. As soon as you walk in the premises you get the feeling of professionalism. Every car was immaculate I was met by one of the partners who pointed me in the direction of the sales office to which I was made to feel relaxed. All the paper work was in order and everything was made to feel easy. The Q5 I purchased was very well priced for the condition and mileage compared to others on offer elsewhere. I would like to add that after driving away I noticed a crack in the windscreen which I immediately informed the sales team. They could not apologise enough and have since taken steps to replace at my earliest convenience . I cannot recommend this outfit enough.Thanks all at Parkside Motors.

My experience with Parkside was good although I was initially disappointed as I discovered that the horn wasn’t working but after bringing this to their attention they resolved it by compensating me for the cost of replacing the horn. I am sure they would have replaced it themselves but it wasn’t possible to get the car to them. The dealership were very accommodating and listened to my concerns and I would recommend them if you are wanting to purchase a used car in good condition.
